ADHD Groups
Are you someone living with ADHD or suspect you have it? You're not alone — and you don’t have to figure it out alone, either. A supportive, informative group session led by Registered Clinical Counsellors designed to help individuals (adults or parents) better understand ADHD, connect with others who can relate, and develop practical strategies to implement into your life.
