Mental Health

Vancouver Coastal Health - Mental Health & Substance Use

Provides a wide range of mental health services, including outpatient and inpatient care, crisis intervention, and specialized services for children, youth, and adults.

Crisis Centre of BC - 1-800-784-2433

24/7 crisis support, suicide prevention services, and emotional support for individuals in distress. The Crisis Centre offers both phone and online chat services. 

Mental Health Support Line - 310-6789

Connect you to your local BC crisis line without a wait or busy signal, 24 hours a day. Can provide emotional support and mental health resources. Do not add 604, 778 or 250 before the number.

Kid’s Help Phone - 1-800-668-6868

For kids and teens (ages 20 and under), professional counsellors are available to help, 24 hours a day. It’s free, confidential and anonymous.

Foundry BC

Provides integrated mental health, substance use, and wellness services for young people ages 12 to 24. Foundry offers a safe space for young people to talk about their mental health and access a variety of services​.​

Here2Talk

Connects post secondary students to 24/7 confidential counselling and community referral service.

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder
